heating instructions

All catering by the tray comes fully cooked
All you have to do is heat and enjoy!

1.

PENNE/RIGATONI VODKA, CAVATELLI & BROCCOLI, LASAGNA,
SEAFOOD LASAGNA

Loosen lid and heat at 325 deg for approximately 30 - 40 minutes depending on item, until heated throughout

2.

LASAGNA, BAKED ZITI, EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA,
EGGPLANT ROLLATINI

Loosen lid and heat at 325 deg for approximately 45-60 minutes until hot throughout. To check for doneness, insert a knife in center, knife should feel hot to the touch when removed

3.

ALL OTHER PASTA ITEMS

Heat at 350 deg for approximately 30 minutes, loosely covered, until hot throughout

4.

BEEF, PORK, CHICKEN

Heat at 350 deg for approximately 20-35 minutes, loosely covered, until hot throughout

5.

POTATO CROQUETTES, RICEBALLS & FRIED CALAMARI

Place on a cookie sheet, heat at 350 deg, uncovered, for 15 - 20 minutes, or until hot throughout

6.

SEAFOOD DISHES AND VEGETABLES

Heat at 350 deg, loosely covered, for approximately 15 minutes or until heated through

7.

APPETIZER TRAYS

Heat at 350 deg, uncovered, for approximately 10 - 15 minutes until hot throughout

8.

STUFFED BREADS

Place foil wrapped breads on cookie sheet, heat at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes, remove from oven, remove foil and bake unwrapped for 5 - 10 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

For best results, bring all trays to room temperature first
